The webpage of ASP.Net of Microsoft Taiwan is part of MSDN (Microsoft Developer Network.) It is quite difficult to find related resources or documentation of Traditional Chinese version there. Not only most of the information on the webpage are out-of-date, but also those hyper-linked pages are couldn't find on the website of Microsoft Taiwan. It surprises me that it opened other ASP.Net webpage of Microsoft Taiwan when I clicked on "More Information" located at the corner of right bottom. Though it is a Traditional Chinese version webpage, most of hyper-linked pages are English version! Albert was frustrated by the horrible experiences.
So, my advice is that go to the Official Microsoft ASP.NET Site directly for up-to-date information. It saves lots of time for you!
It provides lots of resources at the Official Site. Especially, Starter Videos and "How do I" Videos are quit helpful for Albert, the beginner of ASP.Net. Microsoft provides files introduced by those videos include VB and C#. VB is used in those videos according to Albert's experience.
Because of there is problem between video image and audio for MPEG-4 files, Albert suggests to click "Download the video" for downloading WMV files in stead of MPEG-4.
